My background includes human resources and admin work in private industry and federal and state government, recruitment and employment strategy, coaching, and leadership development. I've worked with people from all walks of life—many of whom were capable, intelligent, and hardworking, yet still uncertain about their direction and future.
I've been married to the girl of my dreams for over 30 years and we've had the privilege of raising three splendid young men.

The common tie with all of my work has been - STORY. As a screenwriter (I love movies!) and a story analyst, it's pretty clear that we all follow some version of what is commonly called "The Hero's Journey." I'm excited to share how knowing that can make all the difference as we work together using me STORY COMPASS method to write (or RE-write) your story - as you overcome the challenges in your life and reach the goals and results that will grant you the most satisfying life possible.

My approach is story-driven and combines practical career guidance, honest conversation (many, many questions), and purpose-driven coaching designed to help you identify where and who you are, where you want to go, and how to move forward with intention. You are key to all of this because it is likely you already know what it takes to achieve your life and career goals - I'll be here to help you notice blind spots and help "fill in the gaps" where needed and remind you of the things that have and will continue to work for you.
While my focus is to help you determine purpose and career direction, life does not happen in a vacuum. There will be many things to talk about beyond career - about relationships, your health, your aspirations, and how to tackle the limiting beliefs that are keeping you from becoming the best version of yourself.
